Programme Profile
The Youth Community Outreach Team (CREST-Youth) supports young people aged 12 to 25 in Singapore by raising awareness of mental health and promoting early identification. This is done through organising outreach events, involving parents and peers in the recovery journey, and linking youths to appropriate health and social support networks.
Our CREST-Youth programme is named SOAR because we aim to help youths in the west of Singapore build:
- Self-Confidence
- Optimism
- Accountability
- Resilience
So that they can rise above their circumstances.
