Our Services

emotional Support

Our counselling services provide youths with a safe and confidential space to share their feelings,  explore challenges, and build coping skills with the guidance of trained counsellors. We also offer  specialised group work — such as our Anxiety Support Group — where youths with shared  experiences can come together to learn practical strategies, connect with peers, and build  resilience in a supportive environment.

Psychoeducation

We provide workshops for youths and caregivers, equipping them with knowledge and practical  tools to better understand and support mental health. Our sessions cover topics such as stress  management, emotional resilience, and more. By creating safe and supportive spaces for learning  and discussion, we aim to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and empower youths and caregivers  to navigate mental health challenges together.

Interest Based Groups

Our interest-based groups are designed to bring youths together in a supportive and engaging  environment where mental well-being is at the heart of every activity. Whether it’s through the calm and creative flow of art activities or the high energy and teamwork of sports, each group offers a safe space to express yourself, build connections,  and recharge — all while doing something you enjoy.

public Awareness

We aim to bring mental health conversations into the community through engaging roadshows  and talks, connecting with youths, families, and the wider public to share resources and promote  our services. At the same time, we use Instagram to share mental health tips, raise awareness,  and encourage help-seeking — making support more accessible and relatable for youths in their  daily lives.
